On the palate, it is fresh, round and well-structured with notes of raspberry, strawberries and rose petals. Its deep fruitiness and elegance end in a smooth and persistent finish.

A versatile wine, great to pair with grilled salmon or tuna, stuffed mushrooms, duck breast, paté and vegetarian dishes. Also charcuterie boards with cured meats and a variety of cheeses such as brie, camembert and goat cheese.
